I installed this camera in my 4Runner already 3 months old and Works flawlessly. I think there may be some camera resolution confusion between the camera itself and the packaging. My camera has excellent resolution. I followed YouTube's instructions to install it and this guide was pretty accurate. I bought an extension cord with a plug, which made the first pass through the hatch easier. I also noticed that the camera doesn't line up quite correctly with the sunroof light mount - it can still be used. I understand people used spaces to set this up - I printed an adapter which I'm happy with - it's perfect now. Recommend this camera if you are willing to install it or can afford it.
