These are measuring cups, so they're pretty hard to screw up. I use them, as measuring cups are often used, for measuring. The included flat edge that attaches to the cup assembly is handy. I didn't think it would be useful to me, but I think it's better to use than to run your finger across the top of the cup to squeeze off the excess. The flat rim makes it easy to control where the excess "falls" off the cup so I can easily put it back into the container. I also like the feel of the cups. The texture is similar to TPE material, soft and "rubber". It helps keep the cup in place and doesn't feel as weirdly slimy or filmy after peeling. I recommend them to anyone who needs a new set of measuring cups.
