Sometimes just a whisk is enough.
I haven't had a whisk attachment for a long time. I recently made Sugar Easter Eggs and was in dire need of a thorough fluffy mix. I'm so glad I ordered the whisk, speeds up the job and cleans under the tap. I am worth it!
