I love that my posts and pages are more engaging and useful to our readers. That's the whole reason we purchased livefyre, it makes a lot of time and effort on creating content much easier with all of the tools built in. The software is great but sometimes it does struggle to load, which brings me to the fact that some of the features aren't as intuitive. It does require a certain amount of technical knowledge to be able to do most things properly. But if you can master these basics then this software really is very easy to use. If you haven't heard from us before now, you should give our sales team a call. They are brilliant! They can find a solution for your business needs. We're trying to create better engagement on our blog and pages through making it more personal and interactive. I like that we can create custom themes for our blog. It's easy to use and intuitive! We don't have any dislikes as of yet, but it takes some time to figure out how everything works. Take your time with this software. We are only at the beginning stages of using LiveFyre, so far it has been great! We are creating a personalized experience for our customers while also being able to track our analytics data in one location.
