but I think they would be good for real boxing training.
These gloves are used for training and fitness but I think they would work for real boxing training too. I bought the larger/bigger ones because I wanted heavier gloves (16 ounces) for training. I'm a medium height guy and they still fit me well, not too big. Definitely recommended as a cheap but high quality product. I've been using them several times a week for about 6 months and they're holding me up well. They seem to protect my hands and wrists well when hitting a heavy bag. I always wrap my hands, that helps too.
