Bought these to use on our horses when we ride at night. Their general visibility was disappointing, they were visible to a distance of about 10 feet, but further they were difficult to see. Green was the brightest. After 1 ride 3 ligaments broke. The strips act as auxiliary cables with loose wires. The light no longer stays on unless you keep pressing the button. Remember the horses were just walking so it didn't look like we were running at full speed, the damage at that point would have been understandable. Not only did a strap on my horse break on the first ride, but also two of the straps I wore around my wrists! The second trip broke another 2. If you are looking for something for one time use only I do NOT recommend it.
