So I was surprised how much I love this brush. I did a lot of research before buying one and most brushes claim to smooth them out, prevent frizz and cause less damage to your hair. This brush is. It doesn't completely straighten your hair. So if you have really thick curly hair I wouldn't recommend either of these. This brush really reduces frizz and makes hair smooth. The buttons are on the front where your hands hold the brush and I found I had to maneuver a bit to keep myself from squeezing one while trying to use it, but other than that it's great. Overall it's less dangerous and doesn't shrink completely, so I wouldn't use it as a replacement for your current straightener. Anti-frizz is definitely the best part
