The grip strengthener works well for the money, it provides a wide range of resistance and the handles are comfortable.I took one star off for a couple of reasons.I would have liked the main grip strengthener to have more range in the squeeze. I can close my hand about 1/4 of the way before feeling resistance. This might be a pro for someone with smaller hands.The other con for me is the counter. Some like it but I find the clicking very annoying, it makes using it while on the phone difficult. The nice thing is it's removable with a small screwdriver.The accessories are OK, the best one was the doughnut shaped ring, it is surprisingly stiff enough for a good amount of resistance.
