TlDR: item does not work, check engine light on car with repair costs is on and seller does not respond. Bought at the end of May. My previous charger got wet while charging and failed. I bought the 50ft version to walk from the garage to the bottom of the driveway. Shortly after I plugged the car in, my check engine light came on. I took it to the dealer who reset and charged the car on site. I attributed it to a possible problem left over from a faulty previous charger. On the second connection I had the same problem. When he took it to the dealer again, they requested a charger for diagnostics. It turns out that the charger isn't providing the correct voltage and is turning on and off intermittently. $270 diagnostic fee. Amazon's return window is closed for the time being. The charger has a one year warranty. I contacted the seller through Revain with no response. 5 days have passed since contact. Now I have a charger that doesn't work, a seller that doesn't respond, and a repair bill for usage. Nice.
