Love my little moka pot! Although it's not a real espresso, I still make a great cappuccino with it. Three cups are enough for two cappuccinos. I use 3 mugs for myself and bought 9 mugs to use when I have guests. On an electric stove, it can be cooked, warmed up and enjoyed in no time at all. I am experimenting with different coffees but so far my favorites are Starbucks Sumatra, Peets Domingo and Illy Moka. Some people complain about aluminum discoloration and a metallic taste. I don't have such problems. I seasoned it first by making 3 disposable pots. I never leave coffee in for long. I rinse it thoroughly with hot water and a non-abrasive cloth (never use soap) and let it dry on a wire rack. To avoid mold I don't seal it until it's completely dry. It still shines and looks beautiful.
