I love the style of this belt. slightly worried that it MAY snag some materials so hesitant to try it out on some of the nicer clothes. I might be fine but haven't been brave enough to try yet. I do like it though and totally adjustable. larger the waist, the shorter it will hang so just be weary of that. I am a largish girl and I think it is perfect length. I would just take a string the same length, wrap it around you and pinch where it meets and that will give you a pretty accurate idea of how it will fall on you.
