Beasea Online Shop: Room for Development

As a product manager, I'm sorry to report that my time spent shopping on Beasea's website was less than satisfying. There's room for improvement, but overall, their home and kitchen product assortment is adequate. To begin, they really should update their website. Customers may have a hard time navigating it and finding the information they need because of its poor design and antiquated features. Customers may be left confused and unsure because key details are missing from the product descriptions. Beasea has room for development in the shipping and processing departments. There is no excuse for the damaged goods I got due to poor packaging. I was dissatisfied with my buy because of the poor quality of the items. Last but not least, their support service was severely lacking. When I finally did hear back, it was too late to be of any use in fixing my problems. Despite its current flaws, Beasea has my full confidence that it can develop into a leading marketplace for house and kitchen goods. They have the potential to dominate the industry with some tweaks to their website, product descriptions, shipping, and customer support. In general, I think this is a good thing for Beasea. If they do not fix these problems, they will not be able to give their clients the stellar service they deserve.

Pros
  • courteous and accommodating customer care.
Cons
  • merchandise with poor packaging that are damaged in transit.
