Frame arrived damaged. I don't know what happened during shipping, but the box had a 12-14 inch tear and a few frames in the middle of the collage were broken. I was a bit disappointed with the packaging. The frame itself is made of lightweight plastic. It's a photo frame, I understand. It cannot be made of concrete and steel. However, the frame still feels weaker. Perhaps the broken frame adds a "thready" impression. I will update this after I return the broken frame and how the return is going. UPDATE - The return was fine. It was a bit harder than it should have been as I shouldn't have done it. I don't have a printer. I got a new frame. I had to move my photos into CVS and scale them to 4x6. When I first started framing photos, I discovered a few things. turn. Most of the leaves turned slightly, but one leaf was missing. I found a few more tongues that were almost completely torn off because they were put on crookedly. Second. There is a piece of styrofoam behind each individual picture. They tend to come out very easily due to static electricity. The collage frame still feels flimsy to me, but not as bad as the first one that broke. I leave my two star review. I think the frame and tabs could be better. I found a 4x6 8 picture frame at Wal-Mart for $11. And MUCH stronger.
