I decided to review this product after speaking to the parent company whose customer service and product have impressed me in the past. I received the product within two days according to Prime shipping speed. Overall this appears to be a well made product, great sound and fit, excellent customer service all at a competitive price for what they offer. Pros: - Pairs quickly and easily. Just like pairing with any other Bluetooth device on your phone. You need to authorize your phone to connect for the first time, after that it will connect automatically. - The earbuds will connect to your phone automatically once you take them out of the charging case for further uses. - You can use one or both earbuds. , which is great for Bluetooth calls. I was very impressed with the bass and sound quality. These are my first wireless headphones so I don't have any comparable products to compare but they sounded much better and more versatile compared to my regular Panasonic wired headphones. Take what you need. The noise cancellation was more than I expected from headphones. When you wear both earbuds and music is playing, the ambient sound is definitely muffled. I think this is probably due to the snug fit of the earbuds and the outer part also helps block the ear canal. I haven't personally tested the limits of charging or water resistance, but the fact that they're rated for 5 hours of playback is top notch for a pair of headphones. The same goes for the IP68 rating, which means using it in the rain or falling into water shouldn't be a problem. That's very good for a $40 product. Comes with 1 year warranty. I like the fact that there is no logo on the side of the earbuds like some brands. The quality of the microphone for phone calls seems to be excellent. When I called a friend to try them out, they said they could hear me just fine, couldn't hear TV background noise, and didn't realize I was using headphones. other comparable products (battery life, IP rating and user ratings of 4.5 or higher). - Very responsive customer support. This is quite a big problem because if you receive a damaged or defective product, you can rest assured that they will work with you. Cons: - Lack of USB-C charging, which charges faster than Micro-USB. Pros or cons, depending on your preference: the headphones use buttons instead of pressing for functions (e.g. pause/play, answer calls, etc.). I think it comes down to personal preference and I'll have to compare with another product to see which one I like better. On the one hand, pressing the button requires a bit more precision, but on the other hand, tapping it can hurt the ears (as sometimes mentioned in other headphone tests). I'll update this when I can compare. Overall this is a great product so far and the fact that they have such great customer service is a huge plus for me too.
