First of all thank you for ruining Christmas. Because if you can't put the right pieces or ENOUGH pieces in the trampoline pack, guess what, you CANNOT put it together for the kids for Christmas! Why on earth are you sending five legs for a six-legged trampoline? Oh, or wait, you sent something like a leg, but it doesn't fit. So you either had an idiot picker who couldn't put his foot down or a really lazy employee who was at the end of the shift doing F. Let's just throw this shit in here, who cares! No matter what, you have no one from QC to make sure everything is done right? I'm so disappointed if I could give you negative five stars I would. Just because you can't get the right parts in packages! I think I should have been made aware that this is a common problem with this company when the first sentence in the stupid instructions said "Check that all the details are there" so obviously this is a permanent situation! I would suggest someone start checking packages before they leave the building. Let's see how quickly you can get me the missing leg for my SBT60.2 trampoline. I wonder how many others had this problem this Christmas?
