In my opinion this product is not worth the money. I used a 20:1 mixture of Carguy's upholstery cleaner according to the instructions and recommended air pressure. The small tweeter attachment often got stuck. It could only be used on vertical surfaces. As soon as I got level it ran all over my seat. At one point it actually fired a jet out of the vent. I've tried it on a few other surfaces, like a bug-stained bumper, and it didn't work either. Follow up: I received an email from customer service offering a refund and asking them to remove the review. I appreciate the offer, but I was so concerned about my opinion that I decided not to take it up. Here is a copy of the letter sent to me. I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with the product and gave a negative review. Thank you for bringing product issues to my attention in your reviews and I will forward them to our R&D department for improvement. The cleaning gun you bought is an old version, which is no longer for sale, and we released an upgraded car cleaning gun in May this year.
