It was silent and turned on immediately after connecting to the network. It was uncomfortable to see moths and other unidentified pests crawling right over the internal parts. I think we counted 2 or 3 shots. We live in the south and it was July so there was no shortage of bed bugs. I would not recommend this product. A big discount was given when I bought this product and that made it tempting. Looks nice and arrived quickly. The packaging is good but the product is not for us. I didn't try to return it.
