Is it perfect? no Does it do what it says on the product? Yes. Out of the box I don't think you need to change anything. As an engineer, are there things you could do differently? Yes. But I've seen competing technologies and they've failed miserably. Great product, works as advertised and is refreshing. As it is primarily designed for indoor use, this should be noted. However, this is clearly stated in the instructions for use of the product. And if you don't like 6', change it to whatever you want. Right out of the box it was within 5 inches of six feet with a simple tape measure. Enjoy! A good product.
