The antenna meter indicates this is a reasonably good Wi-Fi antenna (2.4GHz) with minimal roll off at 850MHz (S11 = -10dB). It's clearly not designed for 900 or 915 MHz. At 915MHz I see SWR = 3.6 and S11 = -4.9dB which is not much. Perhaps it can be used in the same way that any random wire is "good" under certain conditions. It could possibly have 5dbi gain for Wi-Fi, but clearly not at 915MHz or anything.
