They are not a fly-by-night company. They will follow through with what they say they are going to do. They are flexible about meeting your needs. I have never had any issues with them. They are very responsive. I have been with them for about 4 years now. We've had a couple of issues over the years, but they were all resolved professionally and quickly. I have no problems with them. I like how easy it is to setup for my business, the support team is great and always willing to help. It's very easy to manage, they have tools built in to track everything from usage to billing. I do not like that you cannot access the server directly if you need to make an update or fix a problem. Make sure you know what you would be doing with the software before purchasing. For our company we are using the web hosting service to host our website and store files.
