was very difficult to open because it is so hard. but after a few weeks of use it still hasn't come loose. that sounds like a terrible review. my apologies. it is very strong. My husband rides his motorcycle most of the time so he needed a wallet that wouldn't just slip out of his back pocket and hang in the air by a chain. The chain is thick enough but not too thick so as not to weigh too much. The latches seem heavy so they don't open easily if you put too many things in them. I would recommend this for the biker in your life. Again, my apologies if this review sounded sloppy. rzunimag. my fault.
