At first I thought this light was just for Christmas or DJs, but it could have other uses too. To try it out, I simply used them as decorative lighting in my office. I love the remote control. You can change colors, patterns, frequency and more. You can even create your own laser show. I placed it on my desk and on the floor, both positions worked fine. It can also be activated by music. The box includes all the necessary mounting hardware and even a battery for the remote control. As stated in the instructions, the device can get warm, so care should be taken when using it for the duration of use and placement.
