I bought this to wear at work. I am a Nursing Supervisor and needed something reliable and reasonably good-looking and professional. The vest fits relatively trimly and the pockets are spacious, easily accessed and secure (except the strap on the phone pocket could be an inch longer.) Material is sturdy but light, making it non-thermal but summer-appropriate.I carry my phone, a recharger, trauma shears, tape, nitrile gloves, Littman stethoscope, several pens and markers, 10-key keyring, flashlight and so on. Once loaded, a couple of the pockets have some slight sag, but not enough to badly distort the garment's lines or to bother the hang or the weight distribution. There is room left for various one-off needs such as carrying bandaging for a specific patient's wounds, a pulse oximeter and blood-pressure cuff, or a handful of paper notes.I also sewed on a couple of patches according to personal preverence and these display neatly as desired. I have not had it long enough to see how it holds up over time, so that assessment will have to wait. So far, though, it would be an easy decision to buy this item again.
