Review on Toolocity Adptr5811M14 Adapter 8 11 Female by Robert Xayamonty

I used this adapter to attach a 3M tension wheel adapter (5/8 - 11 thread) to my bench grinder with an M14 thread. The threads are fine, but the internal threads were poorly finished and had tons of shavings inside that I had to strip and clean. Then when I snap on the 3M adapter and expansion wheel, I find that this adapter is misaligned. I could literally see the wheel spinning from the center and it shook my entire table. Then I put nothing but the Toolocity adapter on the sander mandrel and checked the alignment by putting on an Allen wrench and vibrating it. This adapter may be suitable if you want to mount an angle grinder on a bench grinder where the wheel is closer to the actual grinder motor and shaft. But for a tool that attaches to it and further from the grinder, like the expander wheel and 3M adapter, it will likely increase that adapter's misalignment and have too much vibration. I plan to use this adapter with angle grinder cutting discs and those that abut against the adapter body and are not dependent on adapter male thread orientation. That should work.
