These are my first whitening strips. My enamel is good, but in order not to risk it, for the first time I decided to take strips for sensitive teeth. The use of the strips is designed for 28 days. For the upper jaw, the strip is of normal length, for the lower jaw it is very short, both strips are also very wide, they had to be tucked in. The instructions advise cutting the strip if you don’t want to tuck them from the inside due to excessive sensitivity of the teeth, but this is difficult, because when you try to cut off a part of the strip with scissors, it sticks to your fingers and a lot of gel is erased from it. They attach easily and don't get in the way. The gel tastes sweet and even if it gets into the mouth, there are no unpleasant sensations. It is recommended to keep it for 5 minutes, but I kept it for more than half an hour and there was almost no effect, after removal it sometimes turned white, but the next day the effect disappeared. After use, you can rinse your mouth from the gel, but I didn’t do this, because I thought that the remains of the gel would wash off, but it still worked a little. There were no unpleasant sensations during the first application, only after use after 10 minutes I felt a slight and slightly minty, pleasant pressure on my teeth, after the second application this was no longer the case. The teeth do not spoil, although this is not surprising, because they are for sensitive teeth and what is there to spoil if they do not whiten. So. Despite the fact that I kept them for more than the prescribed time and did not rinse my mouth even after use, they had almost no effect on me, if only in the first days my teeth brightened a little, then it passed. Ordinary whitening powder for 30 rubles does a better job. So I don’t recommend it, although maybe they just didn’t suit me, because my enamel needs a more nuclear remedy.
