I installed it today and took a shower for the first time. He's under a lot of pressure. It has two valves; a three-way valve on top and a two-way valve attached to the handle only. The three-way valve allows you to turn on each head individually or both at the same time. With the on the handle, you can turn the handle on and off without touching the fixed head. I also like that the shower head with handle doesn't have too many settings to cycle through. It's reflective, which is cool, so you can use it almost like a shower mirror to look at your face in the shower. With all that water shooting at you, it's not exercise, but it looks cool. It seems to be as durable as any shower head I've used in the past. Installation took an hour and 10 minutes before I brought my tools upstairs and put them away. Tip: Use your own Teflon tape. The material it came with looked thinner than what I have on hand for projects. I never use the strap that comes with these things, it's never enough or it looks too flimsy. The instructions were good but if you are inexperienced the wording makes it seem like you need to double wash some connections. This is not what you should do. My only problem with the installation was when I first installed the shower head there was a leak between the shower head and the shower holder coming out of the wall because I overtightened it. One piece of advice, hand tighten it and twist it or two with a wrench. Once you have everything together, apply pressure by closing the valve on the handle and keeping the head on. That way you have the highest pressure there. If it leaks, cut it off and twist it two turns with a wrench. Press it again. Do this until there is no more leakage. If you do it this way, you don't have to take it off and replace it while it's running. Turning the washing machine over will damage it and you will have to remove and reinstall it. There are plenty of extra washing machines so don't worry but it will save you time. I didn't use towel rails. I used a hand held shower holder. Seems to hold up. I personally will not leave the shower handle on for the first day to allow it to dry without weight. My advice for placement is to use a small plastic scraper or smooth rubber to help you press it down so there are no bubbles and you get maximum adhesion. My only complaint is that it's a bit noisy. But that's to be expected, it's just physics. The thing generates a lot more pressure than my old hand shower.
