To update. All 3 are now broken due to the same problem.
I bought 3 sets of these. Almost immediately 2 sets started having problems. I only installed it for 3 days. I haven't even used them yet. I just opened and closed drawers to show people the congregation. The small clips on the sides keep sticking out in the wrong place. I have to manually move the center rail and turn the latch into the correct position for the drawers to work properly. It's too much work for me to sort all of this out so I'll leave them and curse this company every time I open the box.
