The manufacturer will not stand behind a broken remote
I bought this particular flashlight because it had a remote to switch modes which I installed out of reach of the ground. Even after changing the included batteries, I still had to climb 2 feet from the light source for the remote to work. I am asking the company to replace the remote control or any lamps they sell with a guarantee except I was told in broken English not to be within 2ft of the lamp, they ignored my request. I don't buy much from Amazon and probably won't buy anything else, they sell a bunch of crap from China.
