The overall quality of this flashlight is excellent. The dimmable light function as well as the ability to change the light spectrum to hot/cold amber/white is a really nice feature. The lamp is easy to use, easy to charge and reacts to movement. The light is excellent. The supplied magnet is fine. The entire back of the flashlight is metal for attachment to a full size magnet. I have this on the inside of a closet door in my garage so I can see all my tools etc when I open it. I have to close the door very carefully not to knock the light off the magnet. Just let go of the door and it will close under its own weight under gravity to knock it down. Must be carefully sealed. It's not a deal breaker and a few pieces of tape solved the problem, but the point is I can just pop it off the magnetic mount and use it to look deeper into my closet or charge it up unnecessarily. to replace the tape every time I do this. A minor inconvenience but overall the light works great, looks good, has great brightness and battery life. A better magnet would have gotten 5 stars. I would buy this again as room lighting for a hallway or dark hallway that stays quiet.
