First, it's a solid body. As a standalone case I'd say it's fantastic for storing pretty much anything that fits. But it is not suitable as an SD card holder. I know there have been many positive reviews for this product, but at this price point, my poor experience could be the result of poor quality control. The card-printed rubber insert is anything but solid. One side couldn't hold the cards because they just didn't hold. They fell out after a light tap on the body. The other side was so tight that one of my SD cards actually ripped! SD cards are inherently very fragile, and the edges of the rubber tabs are so hard that they literally lift the top of the SD card when you push it down. Many professionals will tell you that the best place for an SD card is in the plastic sleeve it was purchased in. I recommend saving your plastic packaging, buying a Think Tank Pixel Pocket Pro (blue) and using that. It is designed for CF cards and is perfect for SD cards in their plastic sleeves. It's about twice the price, but there's a reason professional photographers use it.
