Review on ๐Ÿƒ Vibram Women's V 2.0 Trail Running Shoe: Enhanced Comfort and Performance for Active Women by Jared Peck

Great therapy shoes!

I have foot problems so bought them to build leg muscles not for running or anything like that. This helps activate the muscles in the foot by keeping the toes apart. They're uncomfortable to put on at first, but once you squeeze your foot a little and slowly straighten your toes, they fit snugly. However, it takes some getting used to. On the plus side, they fit perfectly. Minus, even when they are laced, I walked on dirt roads and they got into shoes with tiny stones and debris. It's awkward. I don't know how a runner would deal with constantly pulling little bits of gravel out of their shoes when trying to run. Now it could be me and my walk, so the verdict is in. Take your time in it, because the foot needs time to get used to the activation. Also, you might have a stubborn toe that just is NOT willing to obey the rest of the foot. My pinky on the left likes to press against the next finger so it's a bit difficult but give it 5 minutes and it usually goes away on its own. Good therapy is to photograph them for 10 minutes a day for a week and add more time after that. Healing is good, no chafing and the materials appear to be of very good quality for the construction of the shoe.
