Made cheap. The display mode button does not work. No tech support

This charger has all the features I need in a charger (at least on paper). But the button to switch the display from volts to the battery level does not work. The tech support call was a joke; Either you wait more than an hour and nobody answers the phone, or you stand in line for the "automatic gong" and nobody calls you back. It's too late to return the item but at least it seems to charge the battery. I don't think I would trust him to service the battery or float. It was necessary to go broke and buy a better device.
