I really appreciated having a bracket at the beginning but I had a 5000lb winch and decided to use this bracket to use for this. With a little finesse, ie after bending it in the right place, I fitted it under a 5,000 lb Harbor Freight winch. I had a welder and I set to work getting it and the winch mount together and fitting, paying attention to where the holes should be and stuff, I got it working. It was a little big to get in there, but it fit. I also had to play around with the wiring a bit to get the right in/out flow. I also have a wireless remote and bam. I probably saved $500 on a factory Polaris. Many Thanks. This project probably took me 7 hours but look what I saved. I've seen videos of the factory being made much faster, but that's what you pay for.
