Received two broken steam mops

Received one it broke, customer service was great and quickly sent me another one used about 4-5 times only that was a problem . The second broke after 3 uses, the water tank did not heat up. I have a feeling this is a design flaw and that turning it upside down is bad for the heating element. I used the first one more for mopping, but it still broke very quickly and the steam function got stuck and burned by itself. I like the idea of a multi-function steam mop, but it's probably better to buy a mop and a separate handheld device.
