Review on FITTIN by Michael Ghosh

My experience shopping at FITTIN, an online boutique that caters specifically to women's apparel, footwear, and jewelry, made me very excited because I am a fashion expert. Nevertheless, my interactions with the company were less than satisfying. To begin, the apparel was of poor quality, as seen by the fact that threads began to unravel after only one wash. Second, the shoes were not only unpleasant to wear but also of terrible quality, since they left me with blisters on my feet after only a few hours of wearing them. In addition, the jewelry appeared to be of low quality and poorly made in person, and several of the items even arrived broken. When I tried to contact customer service about these problems, however, they were unhelpful and dismissive. This made the situation even more difficult. Simply getting a refund, which took many weeks to accomplish, required me to jump through a number of hoops. In general, I would not suggest FITTIN to anyone who is interested in purchasing fashionable and high-quality apparel, shoes, or jewelry. Put aside some of your cash and go shopping somewhere else.
