I like how easy you can access your project files from anywhere using their mobile app or web browser at any time because they have an excellent cloud storage system that has multiple backup options! You don't need special training to use this software but there's still some learning curve involved since its not very intuitive to navigate around when first starting out. If you're looking into creating a more organized way to keep track on building material purchases, progress/delays of work orders, submittals & change requests then you should definitely consider purchasing this program! We used Hajiri primarily while we were working on our home remodel so tracking materials was much easier than having physical copies of receipts lying about haphazardly throughout my house.
