Accuracy: Measures fairly well at 1:1.6 on medium to large scales, but measures closer to 1:1.8 on sub-inch scales. Quality: The metal is good, but thin (just over 1mm) and flat, making it easy to bend. No sharp edges. That being said, I wouldn't pay $25 for something that cheap. A reasonable price would be $10.00. Packaging: Comes in an odd flat wooden box with a nice textured finish and some cheap styrofoam inside. I would have saved this box for reuse if it weren't for the gold Chinese lettering and title "Eyebrow Balance Ruler" embossed off-center on the front of the box.
