Great solution, would definitely recommend it
Easy integration with Salesforce; easy setup for sales teams (inclamp); great support team - they helped us set up our first implementation successfully! We used InClamp to streamline communication between our customers and their suppliers. The tool has enabled seamless collaboration across all stakeholders within our organization so that we can build trust amongst each other - something which was previously very difficult due to lack of visibility into supplier's operations & quality management systems.
Pros
- Integration capabilities through API access are best in class!! Ease of navigation, intuitiveness / simplicity when using system without requiring extensive training from vendors or technical resources is key differentiator here compared to any competitors I've seen before.and this really works well as there isn't much complexity associated at use case level if you have experience working w/CRM type solutions like SFDC
