This is not the high season for canning, but this time of the year, I always receive some canned meat from a neighbor who is experienced with pressure canning. I gave her a couple dozen lids to try out, and they worked as well as her regular brand. The lids come packaged in a compact box, with 10 rings to use during initial canning. I will use most of these come late summer when I can many different tomato products.
