The screen is endlessly fogged up, USB oxidized, despite a well-fitting cover. After that, on sunny days, the fog still comes months after the rain and can't see the screen clearly. The last annoying problem is sweat. If a drop of sweat remains on the device, it will leave a white spot on the device that will disappear after a few hours. Now, a year later, it's impossible to turn off the always-on front light, draining the battery. This could be a good product if the service and weather performance is up to par. Put aside this poor quality product and the frivolous service.
