I've been making a lot of sourdough bread and was looking for a basic loaf riser tool kit. I bought this set because it has everything you need. During my research I saw, among other things, 2 different Banneton shapes (oval and round). I have used this set several times and each time it works great with minimal maintenance. The earbuds are also easy to clean. The baskets are great. That's really high quality. I also like the bank scraper. It's sharp enough to easily cut through dough, but not so sharp that you can't put your hands on it to pick up the remaining flour. The wooden handle is comfortable to hold and easy to clean. If you are looking for a good bread baking kit that has everything you need to bake artisanal style breads, for yourself or as a gift, then this is definitely for you. I highly recommend it.
