I worked with them as an intern during my college years (about 6 months). They were very professional, helpful, efficient, quick to respond & understand our needs perfectly. Their prices are quite reasonable too ($50-100 per hour), which makes it easy for startups like ours budgeting their IT solutions. The only thing that could be improved upon was communication - sometimes they would reply after several days or even weeks! We hired BCCC because we needed someone who knew how computers work at every level so they can help us fix technical issues when things go wrong. The team at Blue Chip has been extremely helpful with our setup and ongoing support. They are always available to answer questions, offer advice, and help us get things done. I have never had any issues working with them. If you need help getting your computer set up or running smoothly, they are definitely worth contacting! We are using their services for IT support and training. Their team is very responsive and we are happy with what we've received so far.
