Pros: 1) Very happy with quality - technician subjectively reports great sound when calling FM radio 2) External interface "USB Mic. In" means that even disabling drivers or hardware on the MAC or PC no longer matters3) There is no mention of the "secret" 3.5mm headphone jack next to the USB-B port. Has its own USB -Audio output device 4) Sturdy construction 5) Everything I need to get started - no additional accessories required :) Cons: 1) Springs not strong enough to support the weight of the mic - had to add 3 straps of elastic straps 2) I can't find a way to prevent that 3.5mm headphone jack from "controlling" the sound of the mic and sending it all to the "USB Mic In" device.Used it about Worth the money for a month - great value considering how much branded items cost
