The mother has broken away. in tool kits

I bought these to fit sound deadening mats in my Civic. It all started well, but after about an hour I noticed that the bolts holding the wheel to the handle were falling out. I had to find some spare parts to hold them together so I could finish. The wheels worked fine just need to keep the bolts tight.
