This was my first time working with this material in the interest of full disclosure, but I spent a great deal of time researching and watching videos and product reviews before taking the plunge. said 4 pounds of this stuff is a ridiculously small amount. Because it's incredibly heavy (beware of beginners, nobody talks about that in DIY guides), you'll end up with an overall size that's roughly the size of a softball. Please believe me when I tell you this is NOT coming at all. As I write this, I'm waiting for things to get tough so I can trash several hours of preparation and three excellent portraits of Andrew Jackson - hooray. What a great first experience! /s To be honest, I'm guessing that most silicone mold gummies are also heavy (and conveniently sold by weight, lol) and difficult to work with. That's why I'm not giving a 1-star rating - although I'm pissed off enough and it certainly fits with my 0-star experience I just had. I think 3 stars is appropriate to convey my frustration and also to serve as a warning to other buyers (especially newcomers). It's a heartbreakingly small amount and you should plan on throwing away the first $60 you spend on it if this is your first time. and like me, you're probably better off just going back to watching other people do the same thing on YouTube.
