If you can live with imperfections then you have a good frame

I wanted to love this frame. I had the perfect photo for him and it was a gift for a single mom. It arrived and the packaging was larger than expected so I was happy to see it wasn't damaged during shipping. When I opened it I noticed stains on the sides and what appeared to be white paint stains on the top. It's so disappointing. Overall the frame stands up neatly if the backrest is properly seated and doesn't slide out and the actual words are fine.
