I love this product but as they say it could be better. It is super functional and looks very classy. No more playing with bottles that fall and look messy. I have a double barrel and a triple barrel version of this dispenser. They are the same size and style so they fit well together and stand perfectly side by side allowing me to have the perfect number of dispensers in our shower. The 3 barrel dispenser arrived broken but the seller replaced it quickly with no problems. The dispensers are in different packaging depending on the size, one is in the box, the other is not. I think this could be the cause of the damage. They both have the same mounting kits, which is why I think some people end up with the dispenser falling off over time. The mounting kit fixes the two barrels securely in my opinion. The larger three cylinder version is missing two pieces of tape and will need another silicone tube to fit properly. They have holes that allow for extra screwing in for security. After being convinced that I liked them, I decided to mount them on screws to avoid a possible midnight collapse. Silicone stinks. My husband whined about it for hours. It airs and luckily goes away after a while. Very nice are also hooks on which you can hang washcloths, razors, etc. It is very easy to fill and clean. It dispenses a fairly minimal amount at a time, probably the equivalent of a quarter scoop. If you have thick hair like me you will have to pump a little to get what you want but for me it's worth it. Overall I like this product. The functionality has been thought through down to the smallest detail. The best assembly kits and packaging would give it five stars.
