Review on PrAna Living Womens Powder Scarlet Women's Clothing by Amanda Castillo

I don't like the way it sits on my head. I'm not a tall person at all, more petite than anything, and I feel like it's not safe. I feel the need to tie it up to keep it snug and also to keep the wind out of my ears. I thought it would be a nice warm hat to keep the wind out of my ears but I wasn't impressed in any way. Even when I tie I have to constantly tighten it because there is no way to make a proper tie that lasts. The movement loosens the tie.
