I wanted so badly to fall in love with this product but as with most things I have ordered I was very disappointed and annoyed. First, the main steam button on the back of the case does nothing. Don't click. Vapor does not change. Nothing. It bothered me, but whatever. At least steam works. Shit I can't plug it in and be ready to go when I need it, instead it heats up and sits there and vaporizes until I'm ready. Second, it's made out of cheap plastic. It makes a cracking noise when I drive around the house. I feel like I'm about to break him, can't push him too hard to try and get a tight spot. The cord is a little short, but again. I hope I get my $60 before this thing breaks. 🤞🏻🙄
