Excellent temperature control

I bought this primarily to roast food in my garden. Yes I know. But I love fried chicken and this spring/summer I started searching for the perfect recipe and method. Temperature control: In 67 degree weather, the oil temperature was brought from 67 to 350 degrees outside in 9 minutes. slightly recovered and held at 325 degrees (my pick) after tossing the chicken. Great portion of fried chicken. con? It's expensive, but for my purposes and compared to other induction cookers, it easily meets my needs. Also, I can experiment with any recipe that requires precise pacing - puddings, caramel, sauces, etc. I've dreamed of this for a long time and bought one for a small discount and I don't regret it.
